たくさん話を聞いたのだが、印象に残った話の一つに「組織は一番遅い人の速度で動く」というのがある。これ自体はよく言われることなので俺も知ってはいたのだが、その人の話を聞くと本当の意味で理解してなかったなあとつくづく思わされた。

一番遅い人の速度で動かなくてはいけないなら、速度をあげるためには遅い人を切らなくてはならないのである。
